Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026. Plain English, no trap clauses.
What you’re buying
Digital products (PDFs, Notion databases, digital kits) delivered instantly after checkout. Nothing physical ships. Access links are sent to the email you provide — make sure it’s correct.
Licenses
Every purchase includes a license, shown on the product page:
- Personal: one creator, unlimited use on your own content, forever.
- Creator: everything in Personal, plus use across your brand’s accounts and the tier’s stated extras (bonus packs, team seats).
- Agency: everything in Creator, plus use in client work — up to 10 client projects — and the tier’s stated team seats.
What you may not do on any tier: resell, redistribute, share publicly, or upload the files (or substantial parts) anywhere others can download them. Doing so terminates your license and access without refund.
Refunds
14 days from purchase, no questions asked — email support@growexa.shop. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion (we’re reasonable people; talk to us).
What we promise
- The files are as described on the product page.
- Free lifetime updates to every kit you buy.
- We’ll deliver working download links and fix broken ones fast.
What we don’t promise
- Virality, followers, income, or any specific result. These are tools and systems; outcomes depend on your execution.
- That the kits suit every niche — each product page says who it’s for and who it’s not for. Read that section before buying.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the store, the download system, or our inbox. Don’t attempt to circumvent licensing. We’ll restrict accounts that do, after one warning except in clear-cut piracy cases.
Liability
Our liability is limited to what you paid us. We’re not liable for indirect damages (lost revenue, lost followers, hurt feelings about the algorithm).
Changes
We may update these terms; the version at time of purchase governs your order. Material changes will be dated here.
