Buying & checkout
1. How do I receive my purchase?
Instantly. After checkout you land on a download hub with every file (PDF + Notion links), and we email you permanent access links. No shipping, no waiting, no accounts to create.
2. When will payments/checkout be available?
We’re finalizing checkout right now. Join the list on any product page and you’ll be first in — launch pricing ($9–$49) is locked for early buyers. Meanwhile, the 200 free hooks are yours today, no email required.
3. What payment methods will you accept?
Cards via a secure checkout provider at launch, with more options (including regional methods) to follow. We never see or store your card details.
Licenses
4. What does the Personal license cover?
One creator, unlimited use on your own accounts and content, forever. Use the hooks in a thousand videos, run the calendar every month — it’s yours.
5. What’s the difference between Creator and Agency tiers?
Creator covers all of your brand’s accounts (not just one) plus extras like bonus packs and team seats, depending on the kit. Agency adds the right to use the kits in client work — up to 10 client projects — plus more team seats. If you’re creating for clients, you need Agency.
6. Can I upgrade my license later?
Yes, anytime. Pay only the difference between tiers — email us and we’ll sort it in one message.
7. Can I share the files with a friend or resell them?
No. Your license is yours alone (or your team’s, on Creator/Agency). Sharing, reselling, or uploading the files publicly violates the license and gets access revoked. Genuinely good stuff is worth protecting.
Downloads & using the kits
8. What format are the products in?
PDFs for reading and printing, plus Notion databases where searchability matters (like the Hooks Vault). Everything works on phone, tablet, and desktop.
9. Do the kits expire? Do I lose access?
Never. One payment, lifetime access, and free lifetime updates — when we improve a kit, you get the new version automatically.
10. I’m a beginner. Will I be able to follow along?
Yes — the kits are built beginner-first. The Playbook starts from zero, the Calendar is done-for-you, and the Faceless Kit assumes you’ve never posted. Each product page has a “who this is NOT for” section — read it honestly.
Refunds
11. What’s your refund policy?
14 days from purchase, no interrogation. If a kit doesn’t work for you, email us and we’ll refund it. We’d rather have a former customer who respects us than a resentful one who doesn’t.
12. What if I buy the bundle but already own one kit?
We don’t double-charge our own customers. Email us before buying the Stack and we’ll apply a fair credit.
